We have something out of the ordinary today, last week I met a fellow Canadian blogger, and after a trip to her blog Blueloom, I fell head over heels, her Pond is so serene. I thought about using it as a desktop background, how could anyone be stressed looking at that. I hope you enjoy today's guest post, meet Kinga from Blueloom.
Hello! We are excited to be introduced here on Ashli's blog! After touring her amazing house, we already feel like home.
We invite you to stop by Blueloom – our blog featuring home renovations, decorating, gardening and travel.
When we bought our first home five years ago, we got addicted to home renovations and decorating. We also discovered our passion for gardening and landscaping. To escape all the hard work around the house, we love to plan trips to interesting places.
Since we bought the house, we’ve completed a diy kitchen reno on a budget and transformed a dark 1975 kitchen to a light and airy space we can actually enjoy. Check it out - kitchen before and after.
You can find the original post here.
We also completed a double bathroom makeover.
Our biggest landscaping project was definitely the pond. We love to sit outside and enjoy the sound of water. It's like having a little cottage in our own backyard. Our pond attracts many birds. They love to have a bath on top of the waterfall.
When we are not working around the house, we love to travel. We had the opportunity to see beautiful Whistler and Vancouver in British Columbia, Montreal and Quebec City in Quebec, New York City, NY, Indian Rocks Beach, FL, Chicago, IL, and recently took a trip to England. Our dream destination is New Zealand.
We invite you to stop by Blueloom.
Ashli, thank you for having us.
Cheers!
Kinga and Joseph
What a beautiful home they have! Love the pond. We have one in our backyard and it is my favorite place to sit in the evening to relax and have a glass of wine.
