    A little St.Patty touch

This might be one of sillier things that have found their way into our home, but somehow here they are . . . St.Patrick's Day Four Leaf Clover Chair Socks!
Diaso is a local Japanese Dollar Store and a set of four was $1. Lee knowing my unhealthy love of chair socks picked me up a set. I think they're the perfect little St.Patty touch.
I'll be baking St.Patrick's Day Cupcakes all day. I have a super cute idea that I am hoping works out it will involve green buttercream icing as grass, white buttercream icing as clouds and some rainbow candy strips. Wish me luck . . . I've called for reinforcements, aka my sister. We'll be baking and icing all day hopefully it works . . . if not I have some cut little sugar four leaf clovers to top the cupcakes with (always have a backup :). We'll make sure to take photos and I'll have the finished photos and my recipe for buttercream icing on Friday!!!
I have the feeling you didn't expect Four Leaf Clover chair socks when you came over here today! ;) Surprise! :S

I have never heard of chair socks! But I think I'm going to make some. I ordered a new dining room carpet that was supposed to be here yesterday, but now isn't arriving until Monday - and I already got rid of the old carpet.

Chair socks will protect my new floors!

Now that is clever! I love those chair socks! How fun! I stumbled across that vase at Target last week and bought that, too. It's such a pretty vase and can't beat the price. Happy cupcake baking!

Cute little socks! I used to have crocheted ones years ago that my MIL made for me. I think I might see if I can find a pattern for knit ones. Thanks for the inspo! Good luck with the cupcakes. They sound cute. :)

I'm obsessed!!! Ever since you posted about your first chair socks, I've been feeling like I've been deprived my whole life not knowing they existed. But these St.Patty's Day Socks have completely put me over the edge. There are so many things racing through my mind....must...have...chair...socks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How cute is that?. My husband has Irish blood in him so we do celebrate St. Patrick's Day. I love those cute clover leaf chair socks :) I wish we could get them in our dollar stores here but I haven't seen them. Oh! Ashli, you find the cutest stuff all the time. :)
