From the counter top tray, to the piggy bank! It's all happening Today! ;)
I hope you'll check it out! I have some new clear laundry bottles (that are actually old Milk Bottles from Whole Foods), as I mentioned before a new tray and of course a little piggy bank for all the Husbands change (what is with husbands and carrying TONS of change?).
Loved your guest post and am spotlighting it in my next post on Ducks 'n a Row. My readers will love it....especially the Piggy Bank! You are one smart lady. New subscriber, here. Looking forward to reading more of your posts.

So, let me start off by saying - I just found your blog on the www about a week ago...and I'm totally hooked. I don't know if it's your relatable writing style or the fact that I'm super jealous you figured out how to stay at home. If I wanted to do that my fiance would have had to stay in the Army (USA) but, he's done his time and I'd rather him be home every night more than I'd rather I didn't have to work in an offic every day.
ReplyDeleteBeyond that - I do love following your posts, even went back through and read a bunch of the archives. I saw your post on detergent and since you did this wonderful laundry room post today I figured I'd ask - are you still making your detergent from scratch or has the Martha Stweart Clean line lured you back to the time savings and yummy smells of store bought detergents?
Since we have front load machines we've been buying our laundry detergent. I found melting down the homemade detergent was A LOT of work. So we found an all natural Detergent sold at Costco, and it's really well priced 200 loads for $14. It's natural and free of perfums and dyes and parabens!
DeleteWe were gifted a couple bottles of Martha's Fabric Softener, but have had much luck with it yet :S.
Hope that answered your questions!
Lots of Love

This is my kind of laundry room. I love it. "Less is more". Even if it is tiny, it's a very classy laundry room.

I LOVE the idea of adding a pocket to the inside of the door. Our manuals are forever falling out of the cupboard. I'm off to staples. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI love all of your organization/de cluttering ideas! Especially, the milk bottle idea, genius! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!!! As always Love Love your ideas and rooms! May I ask where the piggy bank came from? Thanks :) Jenny
ReplyDeleteHi Ashli! I just found your blog after pinning your amazing laundry room on Pinterest. I love it! I have something similar planned for my little laundry closet. :) Read your "about me" and realized we have something in common. I've been a "housewife" (just a fur baby, no kids) for almost a year now and I too am used to all those questions about what it is I do all day! Happy to have found you!
ReplyDeletesuch an awesome post - you're gonna become a regular around there! i luv the tray and milk bottles!
