    Organic Sheets Review

A couple months ago I shared our Organic White Cotton Sheets bought from Target.
    Well the verdict is in . . . .
They are pretty darn good for $44.99 (king size). They weren't the softest sheets I had ever bought after the first wash, we slept on them for a week and then I washed them adding a little vinegar to soften the fabric, and now they are great. They edges are getting a bit stringy, but the seam stitches are holding together well (although it's only been a couple of months).  I have never seen Organic sheets for such a great price and I would definitely buy them again!! A reader also told me that around back to school time they went on sale, I think she got them for around $35! I haven't checked but I wouldn't be surprised if Target still had the sale on.

They also come in this little fabric pouch! So when your not using them you can fold them up and keep them in the pouch, no more searching through the closet trying to find the matching pillow case.

Side note: For your other sheets (that don't come with a matching pouch), we fold the sheets and store them inside one of the matching pillow cases, that way they always stay together.

Max loves the new sheets too!

And while were in the bed room I thought I would share my reading lamp. Lee and I go to bed at the same time, but Lee falls asleep faster then I do. So I use the extra hour at night to read. I don't want to keep him up with the lamp on my nightstand, and I tried little book lights but it made it difficult to lie down and read on your side. We found the perfect solution at Ikea. Tral lamp, it fastens to the wall, or bed frame in this case. It's totally adjustable, and makes it really easy to read any which way I lie down.  It's under $20 and totally worth every penny, Lee can sleep easy because it gives a super direct light. If your a night time reader it's great!

Thanks for the review! We've also tried bamboo sheets and they are SUPER soft.

I saw your lamps in this post and went back to figure out where you got them. Now they are more expensive- $130 for one!

I'm so glad that some of you found this post useful! For the price they are great sheets :) Thanks everyone who "backed up" the report. I'm glad others love 'em too :)
Thanks Amber- We're excited too move too, I can't wait to get this place sold and move on, although I'm sure the day we have to leave they'll be some tears.
Mrs. Foot, I cannot believe they are that expensive now! We got both of ours for $50 (for both) wow! I hope you can find a better priced alternative, Target had some great lamps the last time we were there!
Tina- The long round pillows came from Ikea! They were very well priced. Hope that helps :)

Anne-Marie- I'm so glad you could find a use for the lamp. It saved my reading life, and my eyes. haha and my marriage for that matter, Lee can now sleep soundly and I can sneek some reading in!
Momentum- Lee and I like very different pillows, he likes really big puffy ones, and I like flat feather filled ones. One day I want to try buckwheat pillows, but for now these work for us. I have no idea what brand they are, but we buy them from Homesense, (Homegoods in America) They are super cheap and they have good name brands. If that matters in pillows :) haha

Bed making post is a great Idea! Although I have no idea how magazine beds look so fluffy :)Thanks for the great Idea! I'll try to get it done and posted towards the end of next week!!

I bought two set of those sheets I loved them so much! I'm also in the process of buying new bedding so I tossed the sheet bag into my purse for easy color matching.
