I am infamously cold, and poor Lee is commonly seen around the house, during the coldest Canadian months, in nothing more then a pair of shorts.
On top of the incredibly warm house, I have also been known to bulk up with more then one sweater at a time. We have small closets and I am forced to store my sweaters in boxes above our dresser during the warmer months.
But as soon as the first sign of fall is here I pull them down, air them out and hope they still fit :)
That's the last getting ready for fall post, I hope you enjoyed them! Tomorrow We'll be back to our regular Flowers on Friday!
Thanks for Following :)
It'll be another month before we really need to get our sweaters out. Even though we have room in our closets for both seasons, I do need to do a better job of storing our sweaters. The posts have been great Ashli, I have really enjoyed them.
ReplyDeleteThose boxes are adorable... but I fill TWO rubbermaid tubs with just my winter clothing, so I would need like 20 of those :)
ReplyDeleteWe're having our first real fall day today, and I am excited to air out my sweaters soon!
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who can't wait to get their sweaters out of storage!!! I thought I might be the only one :)
ReplyDeleteI love sweaters and am always cold. I got mine out last week. We've been getting cooler weather so I broke them out. I'm with you....sometimes I need to wear two! Cute boxes!
ReplyDeleteWhere did you find those cute sweater boxes?
ReplyDeleteThey are from Homesense, I think it's called Home Goods in the States. During January they do a big organizing selection!! Great time to get all the goods :)
ReplyDeleteHope that helps, the container store also have some that look similar but they were more expensive :)
Hey Ashli,
ReplyDeleteWanted to let you know that I finished my book wreath and it is posted on my blog (mrandmrsmanis.blogspot.com)! It really was so easy-- you should try it!! I burned my fingers a few times, so I started taping the bottom of the rolled pages and then put the glue on the tape! Let me know if you do it! It only cost $2 (I added some ribbon to make it a little more individual, so that added a bit to my cost).
<3,
Crystal
Those boxes are so gorgeous. My fall/winter clothes are also stored in rubbermaid bins in my basement like one of your other readers. The other day I swapped our dresser with the one from the girls room and I was considering putting all my long sleeved tops in to storage. No point doing that now!
