We always do a lot of entertaining during December, which means lots of bottles being un-corked and lots of food being eaten.
Lee's not much of a beer drinker . . . he's more of a gin and tonic man. But when I saw this bottle opener I couldn't resist it, with it's vintage vibe.
I also convinced myself it would come in handy during our Christmas Parties! :) And so far I'm pleased to announce, many o' tops have been popped thanks to this little guy. . . but not too many . . . errr . . . a reasonable amount . . . yes a reasonable, healthy, non-alcoholic amount. ;) hehe
If you are looking for one of your own, we found ours at Target for $4. Here's the link.

Very cool - I would have never guessed that was a $4 find! I hope sloppy drink opener's don't mess up your white window though!
ReplyDeleteWe have an opener out on our back porch. It is great for parties. Mark likes the little bottles of Coke (says they taste better than the can), so it comes in handy for those too!
ReplyDeleteI need one of these, they come in so handy at party's.
ReplyDeleteThat link doesnt seem to go to the same one :(
ReplyDeleteLove your blog! Especially your home tour. So much so, I mentioned it today in a post.

That is super cute!! I am going to have to show my husband! I'm sure his friends would love this!!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute!!! So practical too..... how many times do we rummage into the "trinket" drawer to find a darn bottle opener? Although, I'm sure your "trinket" drawer is uber organized !!!!!
ReplyDeleteVery nostalgic for me. When I grew up, every household had one of these in their kitchen or back room. Of course, our sodas came in glass bottles not cans. Nice to see them again!!
ReplyDeleteDid you paint yours as the ones at Target are silver in color?
ReplyDeleteI would like to get one- nut the link appears to be broken. do you know if target still carries these?
ReplyDeleteOops- but, not nut! :)
