You might be saying . . . "this chick is crazy" and I couldn't blame you. Not that long ago I shared our new green pillows for the living room chairs, but somehow one made it's way on to the couch and it looked great so I moved them over to the couch permanently! So I had to find/make some new pillows.
I found the fabric at Jo Ann fabrics (it's a Waverly fabric), and then I just used my trusty envelope pillow technique to sew up a couple of covers.
I think they turned out great (I had some serious concerns about matching up the stripes with my limited sewing skills) I love 'em, but who knows next week they could be somewhere totally different . . . it's a sickness people . . . A SICKNESS!

Oh I am constantly making new pillows also. They are so easy to do and they change a room completely. Hugs, Marty

You are too funny!!! They are beautiful!!! I love the color palette!
ReplyDeleteLove them...perfect colors!
ReplyDeleteYou matched the stripes up perfectly!!! As I read your post....I thought....(My husband always says, "ANOTHER" pillow???) They are fun to make and sooooo pretty! The other items I seem to keep producing are things with "Monograms" Todd thinks I'd monogram him if he sat still long enough!! Good job on the pillows! And tell Lee he did a good job on the pumpkins!!!
ReplyDeleteYour pillow is beautiful! You matched the stripes up perfectly. You are quite the seamstress. Love that fabric, too!
