It might not be spooky but it sure is pretty!!! It was time to ditch this summers potato vines for a fall arrangement. I was thinking mums . . . hence the big yellow one off to the side :) But on a quick trip to Home Depot for new outdoor lights (more on that later) I spotted a great little pre-made arrangement marked down from $19.99 to . . . . $5.99! I usually try to put a $10 cap on flowers for our planter, because they only last for a few months I have a hard time shelling out big bucks for something that's going to die.
Honestly the arrangement looked a little rough (although it was the best of the bunch) but with a little TLC it's beautiful . . . TLC and the half dead part is against the house ;).
The wreath is from Michaels, with my 50% off coupon it came to $13.00. I added a couple of little mums and I had almost exactly what I was looking for.
But what I love most about it is that I can add different things every year. Maybe some big red maple leaves next year or a big burlap bow :)
So that's our Fall Front Door! I hope you like it as much as I do.

I can't believe you got that for $6, it's the perfect touch of fall! I have the hardest time ditching my potato plants!
ReplyDeleteIt looks great Ashli. I chose a grapevine wreath with a giant orange bow this year. I wanted simple.
ReplyDeleteWhat color is your front door? We are going to be painting soon and I love the color!
Wreaths of any kind are usually so darn expensive. Good steal.
ReplyDeleteI think it looks beautiful (even more so since it was such a deal!). I love the pops of yellow against your home's exterior. Such a pretty color combo.
ReplyDeleteI love simple wreaths! Yours is lovely :)
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! You got such a great price on those flowers!
ReplyDeleteIt looks very nice! I think yellow really brightens things up and draws the eye to the front porch. Another success!!

ReplyDeleteHi Ashli, I asked a while ago about the stripes in your laundry room. I just did something very similar in our entrance hall and it is preeeeeety! Thanks for the inspiration! :)
ReplyDeleteYour porch looks great, Ashli. I wish I had room for an urn like that on my tiny little porch. So great to be able to change it out each season. Such a find to get that arrangement so cheap!!
